I’ve been working from a standing desk for about 17 months. I don’t track any metrics to measure this, but I feel more productive and I am more inclined to go to the office rather than work from my chair at home.

If I am sitting through a meeting I restless quickly which is a positive outcome from my perspective because I feel I am not likely to suffer quietly wasting any time.

Do you have personal experience with one or more of these chairs. The concept is logical. They are quite proud of their chairs I can see. If I spend a lot of time at a desk, I would have to consider jumping on one of these.

Good article Nate!
One thing you might consider is that the 10 for hosting is PER Domain. If you have mutiple domains then GoDaddy has really cheap hosting and you can have as many domains as you like there.

Also, I use the email forwarding when I buy my 10.69 domain/yr to forward to any email host I like today…that way when I change my mind (or they go poof) I can just put in my new host address to the forward and no one has to change any of my email addresses anymore. My family loves that part!

Good tips. I’m with you, especially on the whole fax thing. Though, it is (the last thing) listed on mine. Nevertheless, I like having paper business cards.

But this guy thinks paper business cards are just as useless as rolodexes:

actually guys, not quite… First water landing in the history of commercial aviation where 1-the plane didn’t break up and 2-more than 10% survived

I highly doubt I will ever see another water landing with a 100% survival rate in my lifetime….

You might want to update the headline and info in this post. While rare, water landings of commercial aircraft – without fatalities – have happened before.
